Once upon a time there was a nomadic tribe during the Neolithic period. They tried to create an outpost next to me. I razed their outposts and conquered all the territories of the small continent.

As for them... well... I know it's bad... but I exterminated them.

This bad action caused me eternal damnation. The tribe came back, four zombies! I killed them all. But then they came back. Year after year, century after century. Killed hundreds of times, and still there, wandering, coming back like zombies. 

Today, I leave one alone, he's harmless. Traders come out of the office buildings and see him pass by on the street.

It's a exploit! Yes, lot of military stars because of this immortal tribe.

I get what they were going for, but maybe once first player reaches Classical era Nomads should no longer receive extermination immunity.

You have to let them advance to ancient era and build a city. Then you wipe them.

No point in farming military stars - that's not fun gameplay.
