What is the Vassal War Score formula?

I added the picture from the end of the war. I razed 1 city during the war.

I know that the minimum is 100 war score. And that every additional city the empire has costs another 50 war score. (I figured this out by offering to surrender and liberating more and more of my cities and reloading each time)
So I would expect a 4 city empire to cost 100 + 3*50 = 250 points. But the actual cost in this example is 325.

Anyone know it where the additional points are coming from?
I can't figure out the formula. Maybe unconquered cities cost more. Maybe if they have or not demands changes the cost.
If I check all the available boxes except outposts I get 326 (close to 325), but maybe this is just a coincidence.

Also, if I offer to surrender to this enemy their cost is 425. But if I declare war on another empire and offer to surrender, their cost is only 400. (I have 7 cities, 100 + 6*50)

The key to subjugating somone is to fight a long war vs them

This means not capturing citys thill the last few turns of the war,as well as intentionaly retreating over and over to boost up there warsuport.

At the same time u need to manage your own suport to be close to 100 at the end (u can win multible battles on the last turn, since they don't go below 0 while still giving you war suport

How is the 325 number computed? "Become a Vassal"

I don´t have the exact formula, but I know is related on the size & power of the enemy, as it is not the same to conquer an enemy with 2 cities than other with 5 + a lot of armies.

I think it’s 50*number of cities of the vassal and 25*era differences (that probably explains the extra)

I think that formula checks out if you add another 100 as base.

When I offer surrender to the empire that is 2 eras ahead their cost is 400.

When I offer surrender to the empire that is 1 eras ahead their cost is 425.

Since I have 7 cities the base cost is probably 100 + 7 * 50 = 450

And when I won the war against the empire that is 1 era ahead my cost was 375.

Since they have 4 cities the cost would be 100 + 4 * 50 + 25 = 325 (like in my screenshot)

Thank you.
