Whenever I get Silk in the early game my production explodes.

Same with Saffron, I get lots of population (if I have enough industry to build many Farms).

I get it that not all resources should be equal, but these seem too good since all cities build Makers and Farms.

Find 6 marble and each specialist will provide +6 industry VS find 6 silk and each district will provide +12 industry.

For marble you need to have the population to run the specialists, while with silk you just build the district and forget about it.

In my view Silk and Saffron should provide +1 until Patronage civic, when it would get +2.
