I'm not sure if this is intentional or just a bug, but even though you're able to research nuclear weapons and complete the fission test, you aren't able to actually build them until you move to the contemporary era. Is this intentionally done for balance? Or is it just a weird oversight since unlike all the other contemporary units, nuclear weapons are gated behind the additional barrier of the civic?
