G'Day,

I managed to get three of the challenges across the Holi Event. I did read that this would be enough to unlock the themed persona. As  I look at kicking off Da Vinci, should I have received the unlocked previous persona already? How does that work?

If I am not mistaken with the days, you had to have completed at least 3 of the challenges on last monday (18 of april) in order to unlock the others 3. 
So if you make it in time then yes, you should have the persona available in game.

I had unlocked by the Monday, the seven colours, houses of the Holi and Famous, but do not have the persona. Was there a redemption I missed out on? Anyways to obtain post event?

There is no redeem buttom or similar you should find the persona in game so:
First make sure you are still connected to g2g; Extras > Community > Connect
Then you will be able to see her on the different AI Persona to play against or choose it as an avatar (My Profile > Avatar)

Cheers for that. I was coonnected and have tried a refresh but no dice. I have the preset for La Catrina and Mwana, so the others all seem ok, just never seemed to collect anything from the Holi event. I did look for the events symbols and I haven't them either. I had assumed I had to wait for it to release or something, but you know what they say about assumptions.

Any progress or advice for this issue?

I have the same bug / issue, and from what I read it's affecting more than a few players.
