The strain this game has put on my high-end GPU has been ridiculous since beta, and with this latest update, it is once again unacceptable.

On low graphics settings, this game taxes my computer and pushes heat to unacceptable levels while I have absolutely *zero* issues with every other game I own, many with the graphics cranked all the way up.

There is clearly something broken or just terribly coded in how this game utilizes GPU resources.

This step backward into the GPU heat issues that were highly documented and clearly laid out on the forums during Beta is unacceptable to me as a customer.

Yeah...  I was chuckling to myself the other day that the Quick Save/Load feature should be renamed Leisurely Save/Load...

Not to mention the game runs terribly even on the lowest setting, and I have a relatively okay pc. The more the game progresses, the more of a slideshow it becomes

Speaking of graphic settings, I hope we'll have customisable settings one day, along with optimisation

Yes, there does appear to be some sort of resource issue where the game's performance gets worse as you play more.  For me, the audio starts crackling and jittering after the first hour or so.

That happens to me here and there as well. Not necessarily by time I think, but around more into contemporary era specifically
