When the event says I have to trigger the science end condition is the below what it is talking about?  The space race?

I think you have to research the end techs.

You can get this achievement when you search the end tecs. Once you've finished it through searching all you'll get it.

Have you any been successful in completing Flight of the Birds for this event. I've made 24 runs and finished everything else, but no matter what I do I can't seem to finish that one even when my Avatar is stacked with science skills. Any and all logical advice would be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you.

P.S You don't want to win run a space, you want to win a tech race. Just unlocked that last night.   

I was able to complete it by transcending with an early modern culture into the industrial era, researching the tech, and building the biplane.

HI, how can we complete the challenge "destroy 10 fortifications in 1 game" and the one with the 6 wonders, i dont know how to get these. I dont know how to destroy fortifications either im a beginner. Thanks for the help.

To destroy the fortifications, I engaged in sieges of cities, waited until I had built at least a couple of siege engines before assaulting.  Then I battered the fences/walls without attacking with my infantry units.  Spent two turns just bombarding and destroying the fortifications before attacking and killing the defending units.  Then did that to another city.  Rinse, repeat.  

BTW, it was mostly independent people that I did this to.
