Only my guess.

*Bolivar, their updates are named after historical figures. We didn't get Italian DLC with Vitruvian, nor North American with Allen Newell patch, so I wouldn't read into it too much.

But South/Central American DLC could be interesting and I do hope that's the pattern they'll go for, jump through every continent with their culture pack DLCs (and not just because I want to see what Arnaud Roy will come up with for them... but it is a major factor).
