Missing my Persona and Past Data

Today I opened the game to find it thinks I am a brand new player and all of my saves, persona, and unlocks from past events are gone. Has anyone run into this issue and is there a fix? Somehow steam says I have no cloud information.

I am a bit confused as you mentioned you are a brand new player. 
But first of all if you are not new or if you are new you should connect the game with your G2G account, so you can save your persona, and sync the different content. You can log in on
Extras > Community > Connect to G2G

Sorry OP I don't have a concrete fix. But I had this problem a while back (i've had the game uninstalled for a long time though). One time I fixed it as Dark said, by relogging into my G2G account in game. Another time I just kept reloading the game and eventually it synced back up.  Hope you can recover the account.

I'll echo the suggestion to make sure you're logged into G2G within Humankind.  It seems that Humankind will sometimes silently log you out.

Have you opted into the Bolivar Beta? If so, that could be the reason. It has an issue with loading personas, and only loads the default.
