for me it is sometimes a bit confusing which unit i can upgrad into wich.
It would be maybe nice to have somethere a preview for the next unit?
Something like some buildings in the cities already have

Units upgrade have like a path, meaning that sword units will tend to upgrade always to "sword" units (till gunpowder in which they convert into "infantry").
Also, if you leave your cursor into the upgrade button it tell you into which it will upgrade.

Yes, the upgrade path of many units is self-explanatory, but for example the upgrade of howitzer into helicopter gunships is kinda strange (but i already heared an explanation for

that)

And yes i know that i can in wich unit i can upgrade, but only when i already researched the necessary tech. So if i want to have a specific upgrade (my howitzer) i didn't
knew wich tech (or i thought it would be the siege artillery)
So i think it would be better, if you could hover over the upgrade button and i would tell you always in wich unit you can upgrade, even when i not have the necessary tech

Would be better if the unit tooltip shows the followup upgrade, like it is with infrastructures which shows the next level of the family.
