Hi,

I have a problem with stability in one of my cities where i don't generate any pollution (currently - 3 every turn), yet I get -120 stability (status) modifier. I don't have that modifier in any other city. Could tell me what is it? Global pollution haven't reached first level.

What is the status for other territories attached to it? Each territory has its own pollution levels.

This is a city with just one territory.

it's should be the global one.

Can this be something event related? Looks like a bug.
