I really like the recent change to referring to different factions by the avatar that leads them rather than just the culture they currently are, but I feel like the current implementation isn't great with regards to what honorifics get used for the avatars. It seems like (and please correct me if I'm wrong!) all the avatars just get "king" or "queen" slapped in front of their name depending on body type, which not only feels pretty rude as a nonbinary player who designed their avatar as a self insert back when avatars were only gendered by the male and female signs in the avatar editor (which is really moreso "sexing" than gendering anyways), but also seems fairly unimaginative. Shouldn't there be a way to choose between a handful of honorific presets in the avatar editor anyways? Stuff like "leader", "monarch", "chief", "president", maybe even some sillier ones like "almighty", or something tied to having completed achievements like "trophy hunter". Or maybe just let the player type in their own honorific, like how we already get to type in the name. That'd be cool.

The tittle changes depending on certain civics and the ideology axis, but I agree that it is not ideal that at the beginning of the game most of them are Leader, King/Queen ...
On the optino of free text to the players could be a bit more difficult to implement.
