Since the last update I have noticed wonders on horses, luxuries and these become useless. As there resources are not worked.

Has anyone else notice this as well?

That's odd, the AI shouldn't be able to do so. If I remember correctly, that's against the game rules.

Can you remember which wonder it was? Do you still have the save file showcasing the issue by any chance ?

It was a multiplayer game so I don't have the save file.

The wonder was the Church of Our Lady Mary of Zion on an iron resource by the AI, difficulty Humankind. 

This is the second time I see it, next time I will take a screenshot and save to share if it happens again.

Looking at it in Mod Tools, the Lady of Zion is missing the No Resource Requirement:, so yes it is a bug.

In comparison here another Wonder:

That is the only one I have seen it missing.

I was playing today and found it again. This time I took a picture. 

Also, I've conqured territories where the wonder was under construction but never let's me finish it. Somewhat unrelated bugm
