On a side note:

1. I don't see participating in beta as an ordeal done to get rewards. I was happy to participate to the closed beta and did not expect any reward for it (I have a badge, which I do not care much about, but no persona, if I'm right)
2. I noticed that players have the Endless Dungeon badge even when they did not play it, simply because they applied. Applied to Humankind: if I had known I'd get 2 personae for doing so, I'd have asked to play the 2 missing OpenDev. I only did not because I knew I could not run the game.
3. Those personae could still be locked behind challenges (like Da Vinci and Co) or some other kind of achievements; 100 hours played, 10K turns, having created 113 threads or 478 posts at least on the forum, etc.
4. The part tied to the pre-order seems a bit different, as money has been involved, the two others were free. I'm not taking anything from anybody if I get those personae too. I did complete the Holi Event and the Da Vinci one and I'm happy that they are now available to all. Those were rewards, time limited and some people did probably fight a bit with their schedules only to get those.
5. One could argue that those 3 personae were available for a full year, when there was less personae available (no challenges at the beginning, less players avatar available). They'd simply become available to everybody, as a one-year-early access, which is a neat reward.
6. For the Boudicca/money part of the thing is a bit different, as people took a gamble on the game in exchange for those props. I'd still like to get them, points 4 and 5 still apply.
7. People will keep the badges to differentiate themselves from members like me.

I'd be curious to hear what other players think about it.

That said, no big deal if it stays the way it is.

I understand that, I will mention it to the team to see if perhaps we could include those ones as a free reward or potential events
