I've started several games and the "Together We Rule Beta" watermark shows but no new cultures appear. Is this right?

Yeah, it would be nice if there was a short showcase of what's included and if there is anything specific that you all would like for us to try out and provide feedback.

I was definitely able to play as new cultures (Sumerians, Han), but I have no idea how to really use the new mechanics 

I haven't bought an add-on and can't use new cultures and mechanics, but I have a closed beta and only "free new mechanics" are available in it

Could you check if you have active, on content management, the expansion? Because I think you don´t have it. You have all the step on the email adress, but you need to go to rewards to claim the expansion. If you onlly apply the beta you don´t get the content of the expansion, you need both

Same for me, I followed the information of the email which does not indicate to activate the additional content....I have just tried to activate it, but it is impossible, the game indicates that I do not not own it. 

For discord, I am not allowed to chat directly on the chat, I sent a private message to one of the developers.

then i think you don´t have active the expansion, You nee to go to the rewards section and claim it (remind you need to link steam account).

Its good ! I was able to activate the united we rules...But it was complicated Thank you for the quick reply !

Yeah, I've just solved it, the steps worked in a different order for some reason: only after I did steps 4 and 5 from the email I was able to see the "steam button" from step 3.

Anyways, solved now.

Yes we know, but there were some small problems and we decided, that for this time, we will use Discord. Normally for betas we tend to use always G2G. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we are gathering the feedback on discord. Why you can´t join? Feel free to DM me here on G2G

I didn't say I can't join. I don't have a permission to chat and only see #welcome channel. Also did react to it's message.
