I've been using NVIDIA G Force Now to play my game, I don't know why I have been but when I first bought this game I thought my only option to play was NVIDIA

But now I see I have the option to install on Mac so I am currently

My question is, will the Metternich Update work on NVIDIA? I switched to the Beta

Is it supposed to look different or anything?

Yep it should work on Nvidia at release. But I wasn´t sure if you can opt-in to the Beta from Nvidia, but you will be able in a couple of days on the full release
