Once you unlock the last doctine for world's social ideology on progress, "the technologies discovered by half the world are offered to those who do not possess them" (copy paste from french version), but for second time this is not what happens : others AI just got ALL the techs and i'm last at research while i've a large amount of science compared to others.

This is really weird and disappointing to see an opponent reach the moon while he's stuck in early modern era.

Please fix this, however this doctine is pretty cool if it works properly.

PS : there's also a bug on number of won battles.
