As far as I know, the last update on the console release was that it was delayed indefinitely.

We still don't have additional information, we will let you know as soon as we have it

IIRC in the Para Bellum launch stream the devs said they could not give a precise date BUT that the console version should launch this year

Well apparently it just came out. Was looking on the xbox store and I didn't see it last night but now I'm downloading it.

According to this reply in the News thread, it seems like it does not support that. However I am only linking someone else reply, so I can not vouch 100% that this is correct, but it does seem legit.

But to answer clearly: No, there won't be crossplay between PC and consoles.
