As the title says, the flowing waters LT has me wondering: what exactly is a 'money/industry/food-producing' district? I placed an administrative center on a river tile, but that didn't seem to work. Does the LT only aply on Farmers-/Makers-/Market Quarters then? Does the district have to produce its own yield or does it count if a bonus from another source is applied on it? What about exploitation?

Hey, let me try to help you to clarify that.
So Basically the LT of the Mississippians gives you additional Industry, Money and Food if you have a district that produce Industry,Money & Food. Let me ilustrate it with an image

As you can see I have built an industry district on the River and when I mouse over there we can see on the tooltip an additional +3 Industry from Flowing Waters (the LT of Mississippians).

Is it true that it doesn't tell you when placing the district (include you a before, after of a merchant one)

Hope this can help you ^^

Yes, thank you. I tried it ingame after i saw these images and it did apply to the base districts. Do administrative centers and main plazas not count as 'producing' districts then? They give +1/+3 on all FIMS yields, I think.

Is there a known defect for this?  I know the "District Placement Wizard" is still missing a lot of details and getting things wrong, whether it's this LT bonus, the Pyramid of the Sun wonder, the "Be Virtuous as Water" Tenet, etc.  Do you know if there'll be any time put towards correcting all those little nuances?
