Are there any good tutorials? Streamers don't play this game anymore. All the videos on Youtube that I see are mostly from 2 years ago. There is no real manual that explains the new parts of the game. I don't have time to try to figure out everything on my own. The new things like leverage and the stealth system are confusing to me.

I know Civ 6 is more popular, but I like the videos that streamers produce for Civ 6 that helped me learn the game.  Things like what to think about when placing districts.

I am trying to like this game...

Did you have a look at the tutorial videos the game offers? You can find them in the main menu under extras > tutorials. I'm not completely sure that all they teach is up to date, but it should be reasonably updated. Especially when it comes to the content that came with the expansion, like stealth or leverage.
