I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I can't toggle this on and off to actually see the whole map in its beautiful form. Sure the strategic view of the "paper" map can be helpful, but forcing it on me, and at such a low zoom level, completely defeats all the artists work to make a beautiful world. It pulls me out of the immersion of the amazing style that you all worked so hard on. Every time I start trying to play again, my empire reaches a certain point that I just don't want to play anymore because of this horrible "feature." A huge selling point of the game is how amazing the world looks, so why do you refuse to allow us to see the world in it's entirety? If I want to force my computer to work hard to render it, that should be my prerogative. Please explain why this hasn't been added or at least discussed.

And on another note, why no Mini-Map? The ability to navigate around the map is so hampered by the horrible forced grey-scale and no Mini-Map to at least let me stay in the beautiful view without taking ages to move around.

Please please please make the "Paper" map toggle-able or I don't see myself returning to the game.

And even dumber that this mode is on in the map editor... like what the heck? You could make the map editor alone a selling point if it wasn't for this shortsighted "feature."

And if this is a case of me being dumb and not figuring it out on my own, someone please help! I have looked every where and many people have both complained and ultimately quit the game due to this.
