Would it be possible to have custom cultures as a feature, such as say Romans but with a food benefit instead of their current one? They'd be otherwise identical, but it would give more options to choose from, especially if one skips cultural evolution at times. I realize it could be used as a way to get around a player having picked Greece by picking a custom Greek culture themselves (resulting in basically 2 Greek players), although you could apply the trigger blocking a culture from being chosen twice to the custom culture. If Greece is picked already, the custom Greek cultures are blocked too, is what I mean.
