Add hotkey for idle army

The current hotkeys for next/prior armies are almost useless. They cycle through armies that have already used all their movement, which is almost never what's used in a practical game. Please add a hotkey for army cycling that only considers armies with remaining movement points.


I really want to use the mouse less to reduce the wear and tear on my mouse hand. Moving the mouse back and forth between the bottom right, then back to the center many times per turn adds unnecessary strain.

@Krikkitone - But the OP's point is that there's no keybind for that. By default, X is "Next Army" but that cycles through every army, even those without movement points or those that are stationed. That seems pretty useless.


I'd suggest that the Next Army keybind simply be redefined to do exact what the "Idle Army" button in the lower right corner does, or at least cycle through idle armies first. Personally, I'd take that and bind it to a mouse button using my mouse software. That would be a significant QoL improvement.

There's so much mouse movement that could be saved by adding this hotkey.


I enabled "Activate focus on next available army" in the settings again. But I'm sure there's a reason I disabled it in the first place. Probably because the map was behaving like a yoyo with the game selecting far away units instead of the nearest available one.

Your point may be correct. However, I want to add som things. It is difficult to find because of some strict reasons.
