Rotating districts was a great change.

If possible, I suggest adding some rotation (even if it's just a little bit, so the "front" still stays the same way) to the Main Plaza and Emblematic Districts. 

This would make cities look much more organic, as it's fairly common to be able to see several city centers on the same screen, or even emblematic districts next to each other.
