I reaffirmed my Steam account's connection to G2G and I still have been unable to successfully get access to the OpenDev code

Is this being investigated?

I'm curious about the same thing, hopefully they will try to solve this problem.

Hi! Sorry for the inconvenience. We are investigating the issue, but we don't have found a repro step on one of our computers for now.

In the meantime, please could you try to reinstall vcredist 2019 (VC_redist.x64.exe), then reboot your computer?

You should have a copy located there: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2019

@ruzen : please could you provide us with your diagnostics*.* and player.log files?

@ColPresumptuous : in the main menu, do you have issues when displaying all tooltips of that screen?

For me, I only have a player.log file but not a diagnostics file. Tried everything I can think of but still not fixed.

Do you have an external anti-virus? If this is the case, could you create a security exception for Humankind, and tell us if it solves your issue?

Thank you for your replyed. I already tried creating an exception for Humankind but still the same. Also, I'm using the window's anti-virus.

Had the same issue. Problem was the antivirus (Comodo). Made an exception to all game components, and it started up fine.

Had the same issue and repairing my installation of MS Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 + x86 + rebooting the computer did the trick. Thx.
