Thank you for reporting this! We put out an update just recently that should hopefully take care of some of the crashes (hopefully this one too). If you do run into this again in 0.13.128, please send us another save! If you could also grab a diagnostic file from: C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files too, that would be most helpful.
