My neighbouring nation is a vassal of my enemy who I'm at war at.. I specifically declared to gain some territory, but I cannot enter the territory (saying I need to declare). I have no options to declare on the vassal, as it takes me to the overlord with whom I'm already at war... is this intentional or a bug?
