Discovered a Sanctuary spawned on the Vinicunca Wonder which acts as a mountain tile, thus impossible to ransack and remove. The Sanctuary appears able to spawn units as well, since I had left the area for a few turns and came back to find the Mammoth in the below picture.

Yes, it's a bug, but also a permanent source of resources. This is a bad thing?
