I am unable to resolve a war because the selected terms are at 203 with all chosen selections greyed out. I guess they are all from pre war demands and so can't be unselected but it doesnt look like I can get a war score higher than 200 and so I'm stuck. There are unselected choices but checking them just makes it worse of course.

The greyed out selections are all "Give" though some have city icons and some have a symbol that looks like 2 flags with a border between.

There is also a lot of duplication like 5 "Give Nesa" with 2 being selected and greyed out

I find the grievance system confusing. I frequently can not tell what the enemy is really responding with or asking for specifically.
