When pressing "Complete Movements" Units do not seem to move, but the unit vision cahnges according to the planned movement. A reload of the game does resolve the issue until it occurs again. 

This occured after I entered the second era, but also could be a matter of number of units. It seemed to happen more frequently when i zoomed out before.
