I played lucy open dev and victor open dev automatically showed up in my steam library. Download worked perfectly but when I start the game it's stuck on 95% of the loading screen. I resynced my steam with G2G and reinstalled but still not working.

For me its just loading and crashing, my computer is relatively fast, I was really excited for this opendev.    :(

I've had exactly yhe same issue... 

But thanks to another more recently post in the forum, the solution (at least for me too) was to reinstall the game on my SSD instead of my HDD.

Maybe your files are installed in the "wrong" disk ?

Hope you'll fix this too !

My game was crashing at the loading screen too but now it works.

That is what i did :
-Look if Your Firewall blocked a file ( Avast did this to me )
-Put an exception in your firewall if that's the case ,

- In Steam ,verify the integrity of the Humankind game files ( right click on the game --->Properties--->Local files ).
If there is an error ,Steam will re-download the missing file. 

Relaunch the game.

I found a solution (at least for me)


Go to C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\Temp


And delete the "AMPLITUDE Studios" folder. After this it worked for me!
