well, the title is self explaining, the game just crashes in start up, no mouse game, no screen, just black screen then back to desktop

i already reinstalled redist, installed, reinstalled, installed in another HD/SSD, started the game with everything else closed et ceteras

for info, my specs:
- Ryzen 7 2700X
- RX 5700XT

- 2x8GB DDR4 2400mhz RAM

- game is installed in a 240gb SSD WD green

Same here but:

when I start the game from file in Admin mode, I get an error from Steam:

Translation:

"Steam - game blocked

HUMANKIND ist not officially available yet and can not be unlocked at the moment. Inform yourself on Steam website..."

I tried to start from Steam library, from shop page and from file (normal and Admin). Every time the same result.

Funny is that it worked once this afternoon right after release. But now I'm not able to start the game.

System:

- Win10 Pro

- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

- 16 GB RAM @ 3600 MHz

- GIGABYTE RTX 3080 Gaming OC

strange, here i don't get any new message even when opening in admin mode, it just crashes and that's it

Now I additionally tried to uninstall the game + deleting all files, includinng the humankind folder in documents. But even this didn't help :(

Yeah; i got the same message - i did buy a key that was £4 cheaper than steam/epic price. Perhaps the keys are locked.

Wont boot beyond a black screen and a cursor.

I bought from Steam and have the same issues. Have tried all presented workarounds.

@Ayvuir I found a solution (at least for me)

Go to C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\Temp

And delete the "AMPLITUDE Studios" folder. After this it worked for me!
