After winning a battle at turn 146, my units no longer matched their 'flags' - i.e. the images of the units were in different tiles from their flags. The 'battle preview' also remained on the screen after the battle finished. I tried reloading just now to see if the problem repeated itself with the same battle and it didn't. I've attached a screenshot.
