When the resolution dropdown is longer than the screen it makes scrolling down to find your wanted resolution hard. 
Scrolling using the mouse wheel does not work on my end, and the vertical scroll bar almost impossible to target, makes it rather hard to move. It also jumps to the top when I use it. 

The same can be said for the vertical scroll bar in other menus as well.

The same issue happens when looking at keybindings. and it makes it impossible for me to look at the key bindings.
