Hello i was watching for the "Lewis" twitch drops when the first round of drops appeared. I claimed the drop but in the game i it's still locked for me. I am not sure what i should do to unlock it.

And here is a screenshot of me not being able to use Lewis as a persona :

Any input would be appreciated.
