Victor OpenDev launches but crashes when loading the scenario.
The loading gets almost to the end but then a small unity error window with an exclamation mark pops up.

Tried changing video settings, verifying integrity, reinstalling the game, reinstalling and updating video drivers, reinstalling MS Visual C++ libs

The game crashes on loading screen with fantastic (fair enough) and with fastest setting with small armies on. 

I got an old Radeon R9 200er series but most games i play work with mid to low settings.
