Summary: Try launching the scenario on Empire difficulty, game loads till about 75-90% then crash to desktop. 

Steps to reproduce: Just launching the scenario on Empire difficulty, have not tried other difficulties but I don't think that's relevant? Did not adjust any settings 

Reproducibility: 5/5 (tried 4 times all results the same)

Notes: Have tried deleting 'AMIPLITUDE Studios' file in AppData folder and the 'Humankind' folder in documents. Also tried to Verify integrity on steam, none of this changed the outcome
