While playing the current Victor open dev I encountered an issue where on the final turn of the game should one advance into the next era,  the game over screen will not trigger and game will remain frozen with the turn pending notice.

If on turn 150(when notified its final turn) The option to advance to next era will freeze the game upon choosing to transcend your culture, or to adopt a new culture.  (my game was pure Egyptian) 

Upon selecting a new culture/transcend game moves to turn 151 and freezes as it is not meant to reach past that in open victor dev at this time.

Solution if on final turn [b]do not[/b] click on choose now upon entering new era. Select remind me later and game can process.

I will delete the video if and when asked as the game is still in development
