Description:

Having few cities in the empire, 1 very developed and few not developed, when I click the developed one the window with city is short as it has little number of elements. Using the UI to switch to another city in the window, it clips the next cities infrastructure/info


Steps to reproduce:

1. Click city to show build menu (ctiy must be highly developed)

2. Click arrow to another city (which is developed on low level)

3. If city has more building to build,  the window is ultra short to show everything, and user needs to close the window and open it again

Expected behavior:

After clicking the arrow to go to antother city, the UI window size of city refreshes to be able to show full content
