Hi, I ransacked an opponent's Outpost (drat him he had arrived just before I did), then immediately built my own Outpost on the same spot. For the rest of the game no building was shown there, though I was able to Attach it and when I moused over it did say "Administrative Center", so it's mainly a cosmetic event. I forgot to put this in my after scenario report.
