Is there something specific that must be done to get a Naval Transport EU to replace the Transport Galley? I tried reviewing all of the Naval Transport units, especially the Norse Langskip and Dutch Fluyt EUs, and can't seem to find anything to indicate what might be going wrong with my EU.
I figured it out. It needed to be connected to a tech to unlock it. Having it just available in the same era and higher in level was insufficient to get it to replace the Transport Galley.
Now I just have to figure out why I have pink guys walking the ocean in place of my Naval Transport EU... The pink guys is an issue all it's own that I've been dealing with.
