Tp clarify a tiny bit:
- "sanctuary" can be translated as both "убежище" [ubezhische] and "cвятилище" [svyatilische], but last one, which is currently being used, has a meaning closer to "a holy sight" in it, it's not a place sacred for nature, but for people;

- proposed variant with "убежище" [ubezhische] isn't ideal either, to be honest, it means "a hide out" or "haven", i.e. a place where one is safe.
So it's a triky thing to get right, given that it depends on what developers ment by it.

Also, for building such as Harbor and Phoenician EQ Haven, they both named "Гавань" [gavan'] in Russian since we just don't have enough words for it, which might cause confusion. Please, consider changing something there to avoid confusion.
