Confirm this one, very annoying in case when the whole country is converted to neighbor religion and neighbors start to have infinite grievances to you due to religion difference.
Can confirm, the button for changing to state religion is missing. It seems to be a workaround for the moment I read on reddit, Ctrl+5 on the faith screen will open the reform window.
