[PC/Steam] Won't load after Amplitude/Sega logos (Resolved)

When launching Humankind from Steam the Amplitude and Sega logos will play and move into the loading screen, then no matter how long I wait, the progress bar will freeze at about 90%. I have attempted resolving this by following every possible solution that I could find, I have; 


1. verified game file integrity

2. deleted the humankind folder from my documents

3. updated my graphics card driver

4. reinstalled directx

5. reinstalled humankind

6. reinstalled steam

7. reinstalled .net

8. reinstalled the vcredist

9. ran both steam and humankind as the administrator


I was able to get this to work with no issues on my laptop, but my main pc won't run it, even though it is far superior.

This seems to have been resolved with hotfix 1.0.1.59, it loads fully now.
