Just reporting two semi big bugs that I've come across in two of my runs. 

1. Invisible Army - All of my armies became invisible after I ran out of war support in the middle of a battle and was forced to surrender. Armies were able to be put on auto explore but could not see them on the map or select them. 

2. No Option to Force Surrender - After pushing an empire to run out of war support, the option to force them to surrender was made available. When the window came up there were  no options to select from and it was a blank menu with no options on it. I couldn't go to the next turn without making a resolution first. Tried to reload a previous save. Same outcome.
