Description:

So, this could technically be a feature but if it is it's a weird feature so I'm calling it a bug until otherwise noted.  I have attempted to play somewhere between 5 and 8 games so far using a random number of continents (generally 3-5) as my setup.  Every single time with a 6 player game on a Large map (default settings when I started to build my first game, screenshot and game save file(s) on request).  The game host (me) is paired with whomever is sitting in seat #5 (which for me has always been a blue colored Bear claw symbol AI).

I include those extra details because I have not yet since confirming this dug down to find out what the offending characteristic is.  I *can* confirm that changing my own color a symbol at least do not seem to alter my results, but so far 100% of the time I share a continent with the blue player in that same seat regardless of what AI personality *OR human player* that I sit there.

Just thought I would mention so that it can be looked into if this is actually supposed to be random and not an intentional "player 1 + player 5" pairing and because if it's happening in this particular scenario it could point to some other issue with other setups and be farther reaching.

Steps to reproduce: Start a game (for certain multiplayer) with continents 3-5, and 6 players on a large map.  Explore the map until you find what player you share a continent with, note that it is the player in seat #5.

Expected Behavior: Player placement is random at the start of a new game.
