Game freezes every 1-3 minutes while booted up, I can run games like civ 6 without hassle and I'm fairly certain I reach the minimum system requirements on steam. I tried validating the game files on steam but the game still has an ungodly number of (Not Responding) messages, I thought maybe my computer couldn't handle the game so I turned it down to the lowest settings and nothing. Any help appreciated and thanks to all in advance.
