Been enjoying the hell out of the game, but late game war has brought me to a standstill -
I am being offered an enemies surrender but there are no choices or prompts or anything on the diplomacy screen, effectively soft locking my game because this nerd is a sore loser.
Is there a way to force deny his offer or force end the turn?
