• Description:
I'm in war against "Zoulous" (Industrial area) but his war support has reached 0, so I'm supposed to claim what I want for his reddition, but the panel "WAR" in diplomatic screen is totally empty, that's why I'm stuck, and I can't even end the turn.
I tried to save and leave the game, then reload the saving, but the bug is still here.

  • Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "Accepterez-vous cette offre ?" in the circle at the bottom right of the screen
2. You will see the empty panel with no choice to make
