So I finished a game on the Civilization difficulty and got these three achievements which seems really odd. Also they all have the same percentage of people who acquired them so I assume you always get them for finishing a game no matter the difficulty.
I can also add that while I had previously played, and resigned from, a game on the Humankind difficulty, I have never played on either Metropolis or Nation.
